The NSS Unit commenced another agricultural initiative by starting organic farming activities to encourage healthy living and occupation, vegetable garden was planted by the volunteers by using organic farming techniques.

The NSS Day was observed by the ceremonial flag hoisting by the Principal in the campus, in the presence of NSS volunteers. Talks by the Principal and Programme Officers ensued after the ceremony. Food packets gathered by the volunteers were distributed to the inmates of Snehatheeram, Kallara.

A medical camp was organized by the Janamaithri Police Station, Pangode and Pro Care Hospital, Karette in association with National Service Scheme, Mannaniya College, Pangode.
