CODE OF CONDUCT
TEACHERS

A good teacher can inspire hope, ignite the imagination and instill in the younger generation a love for learning. He/She should:
- Uphold the honour and dignity of the profession.
- Be impartial and non discriminatory to students.
- Provide innovative and quality education.
- Interact with the students in a friendly manner.
- Abide by the rules and regulations of the institution.
- Collaborate productively with colleagues.
- Interact positively with parents and other stakeholders in the education system.
- Be good counselors and facilitators.
- Help, guide, encourage and assist students in their learning.
NON-TEACHING STAFF
The following traits are expected from the Non-teaching staff. He/She must
- Report to duty at least 30 minutes in advance.
- Remain on duty during college hours.
- Adhere strictly to the rules and regulations of the college.
- Respect and maintain the hierarchy in the administrative system.
- Maintain honesty, integrity and fairness in all the activities.
- Exercise self-discipline and engage positively with staff, students and the general public.
- Must not divulge official secrets, expunge, conceal, alter or forge official documents/receipts.
- Should not misappropriate college funds.
- Must not be absent from duty
